"Shucks." "Bummer." "Dang." You've heard them...acceptable (to most people) substitutes for the four letter words we don't want our children to say.
Well, Landen made up his own "bummer" word at the age of three and he's still using it to this day. When something doesn't go his way or he's disappointed, my son likes to say, "Boo-gone." I have no idea where this came from, but it cracks me up every time. Maybe it should be the official Allen family bummer word.
